The Globe Inn was a popular meeting place in the 19th century and in 1901 was completely rebuilt. This building has now itself undergone great change, having been extended to include 18 en-suite bedrooms and refurbished throughout in February 2009. The exterior of the building has been carefully restored to its original appearance and the public rooms decorated to the design of the period with elegant, carved bar and fireplaces. However to add modern day comfort to the old-world charm, we have air conditioning, and televisions in the public areas. The 18 en-suite bedrooms contain central heating, satellite television and tea/coffee making facilities. There is also a function room which is available for weddings, business meetings and parties etc. Our staff will provide from the well-equipped kitchen a full range of breakfast, luncheon and dinner menus which will contain traditional food and our own special dishes. Also at The Globe Inn, there is a great choice of ales, wines and spirits served in pleasant surroundings by helpful staff; they will ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers. The Globe Inn is also situated within a prime location which is close by to other places to visit, such as: Drayton Manor, Tamworth Castle, Strykers Ten-Pin Bowling, and even the N.E.C which is just approximately 30minutes drive. Therefore, The Globe Inn provides the elegance and service of a bygone age.
