Since being founded in 1913, Birmingham Repertory Theatre has been a leading national company. It has introduced a range of new and foreign plays to the British theatre repertoire, and has been a springboard for many internationally acclaimed actors, designers and directors. The REP produces over twenty new productions each year. Under the artistic direction of Jonathan Church, The REP has enjoyed great success with one of its busiest and most exciting programmes ever.
The REP building in Centenary Square is now closed to the public and will remain so until mid-2013 but we will continue with a programme of work in a variety of city venues throughout 2011 and 2012. Please visit our website for details of our off-site programme.
