Two miles outside the city centre Birmingham Nature Centre is home to 130 species of animal including red pandas lemurs meerkats snakes and lizards. The Nature Centre has information on conservation and environmental issues picnic areas around the site and a cafe. No dogs (except guide dogs) balls balloons bikes or scooters are allowed on site.
